Glenn Cossey

I've always had the property bug, my parents were always buying selling and renovating their own homes for as long as I can remember.

I started my own property investing journey in the UK in the ’90s buying my first home and renovation project at 22 years old.

​

I then went on to complete some property investing courses, purchasing my first rental investment in 2000.

​

When I returned to New Zealand in 2004 I gave up my catering career and focussed on real-estate, working for a major real-estate brand on the North Shore of Auckland.

​

I also teamed up with my family and started building a family property portfolio as well as trading and renovating properties in my spare time.

​

In 2012 I focussed full time on property renovating and joined a property group to educate myself and work with like-minded people.

​

For me, being involved in property on a daily basis is not a job or chore its something I’m passionate about, it gets me out of bed in the morning.

​

Every day is different, I get great satisfaction out of helping people achieve their own property goals and injecting new life into the projects I renovate and complete.

Jody Burchall

Hi, my name is Jody Burchall, I've had a passion for property for the last 25 -30 years.

I am married to an Englishman called Dave whom I have converted into a kiwi and an All Blacks supporter, we have 2 fur kids, Soloman the chocolate Burmese and Kelly an SPCA special.

I used to be a vet for 25 years before I got into property fulltime and I think that this job really helps you understand people.  You see people in stressful situations and at a very emotional time, so you need empathy but also to keep a clear head and help them out with problems only your specialist knowledge can assist with.

I think this is also what I can bring to “your next move”.  I can clearly see the problems some families or individuals face, and with my knowledge and contacts in the property world I am able to assist them to find the best solution to help them move on with their lives.

It's a very gratifying job to be able to help people in need and also to transform houses that are run down and needing a lot of work into beautiful family homes again.
